1. Overview
Clogger Marketing Hub is an invite-only web application used to manage marketing reporting, planning, forecasting, and campaign workflows for Clogger and approved collaborators.
This Privacy Policy applies to the public website at marketingdash.clogger.co.nz and to the use of the Clogger Marketing Hub application.
2. Information we collect
We may collect and process the following categories of information:
- Account information such as name, email address, organization membership, role, and authentication records.
- Workspace data uploaded or connected by authorized users, including marketing performance data, campaign records, planning data, analytics exports, CRM-linked records, and other business reporting inputs.
- Google-connected data where a workspace owner authorizes access, such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and related reporting data, plus the OAuth tokens and account metadata needed to maintain that connection.
- Technical and security data such as IP address, device or browser details, cookies, session records, and application logs.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- provide, secure, and operate the application;
- authenticate users and manage invite-only workspace access;
- ingest, store, analyze, and display connected marketing and reporting data;
- support AI-assisted planning and content workflows requested by authorized users;
- send account, invitation, and password-reset emails;
- monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the application, such as hosting, database, email, authentication, analytics, CRM, and cloud platform providers.
We may also disclose information when required to comply with applicable law, enforce our terms, protect the security of the service, or respond to a valid legal request.
5. Google API and connected platform data
If a workspace owner connects Google services, we use the data returned by those APIs only to provide the reporting, analysis, and operational features requested inside Clogger Marketing Hub.
We do not use Google-connected data for unrelated advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not disclose it except as needed to operate the product, comply with law, or as otherwise authorized by the workspace owner.
Workspace owners can revoke Google access through their Google account settings or by removing the connection from the relevant Google or cloud console.
6. Data retention and security
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the workspace, maintain security records, meet contractual or legal requirements, and support backup and recovery processes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices
- You may request access, correction, or deletion of account data by contacting us.
- Workspace owners are responsible for managing connected accounts and the business data they choose to upload or sync.
- You may disable cookies through your browser, although some authentication and security features may stop working correctly.
8. International processing
We may process and store data in countries where our hosting or service providers operate. By using the service, you understand that information may be transferred to and processed outside your home jurisdiction.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
