1. Acceptance and scope
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Clogger Marketing Hub, including the public website and the invite-only application.
By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
The service is intended for business use by authorized users. Access is invite-only and may be restricted, suspended, or revoked at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- attempt to bypass access controls or security protections;
- interfere with the operation of the service or other users;
- upload or connect data you do not have the right to use;
- copy, reverse engineer, or exploit the service beyond permitted use.
4. Customer data and connected services
You retain responsibility for the data you upload, connect, or instruct the service to process. You confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide that data and to authorize any third-party integrations.
The service may rely on third-party platforms such as Google, HubSpot, ecommerce systems, email providers, and hosting vendors. Your use of those integrations may also be subject to the separate terms and policies of those third parties.
5. AI-assisted features
Clogger Marketing Hub includes AI-assisted planning, drafting, and recommendation features. Those outputs are provided as operational assistance and should be reviewed by a human before publication, execution, or reliance.
The service is not intended to provide legal, financial, compliance, or safety advice.
6. Intellectual property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, branding, and related materials, except for data and content that you or your organization provide to the workspace.
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for your internal business purposes.
7. Availability, changes, and termination
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including integrations, features, or access permissions.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe these terms have been violated, if the account is no longer authorized, or if continued access creates security, legal, or operational risk.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clogger and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from or related to the use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid, if any, for access to the service during the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
